Going Virtual

What an interesting year 2020 was! We hope 2021 brings nothing but good things for our friends and clients moving forward.
This past year, we did our very best to continue to support your needs that are typical of any normal year while also tackling new issues such as PPP loans, finding additional local small business loan programs specific to Covid-19 relief, and implementing virtual support tools to ensure social distancing for vulnerable clients.
As we move forward into an uncertain pandemic climate, we have decided to shift our overhead to more virtual support tools and away from in-person facilities. What this means for you as our client is a smooth process that minimizes your time dedicated to in-person meetings and also minimizes your health risk by reducing personal contact.
Some of the virtual tools we are adding include Zoom supported teleconferences and an AICPA compliant secure documents portal for uploading all of your original documents to us while ensuring that your information remains secure. And, as always, we can do regular phone consultations and can send and receive large packets of documents via UPS or USPS. These are just a few of the ways we are committing to put the health of our valued clients and their loved ones first.
